Client : School work ( ESIAJ )

Software : Photoshop, Illustrator

Year : 2011

The process : The assignment was to create a new visual identity for a not-so-fictional client, here, the Mundaneum who was creating a new exhibition around Paul Otlet.
Paul Otlet is a Belgian entrepreneur who created the « Universal Decimal Classification » and who is considered one of the fathers of information science.
I used quotation marks to replace the letter « a » and « e » in the logo. The inspiration came from the fact that in index cards (one of Otlet’s invention), they use quotation marks to mention another work, a title of a short or subsidiary work, like a chapter.
